ORDERING PROCESS

Some of our items are handcrafted. We aim to post your items within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped. Other items that are not handcrafted will be shipped within 1-3days ordering.

During official holidays and the holiday season, there may be unforeseen shipping delays due to high shipping volumes for all carriers, both domestically and internationally. We are working hard to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

All products are shipped out from Alberta, Canada. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after placing an order.
(A reminder that business days are 10am- 5pm Monday through Friday).  After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or phone number that you provided during checkout. If you have any tracking inquiries, please contact Canada Post, UPS or Fedex so they can best serve you.

MY ORDER WAS SENT BACK TO YOU. WHAT DO I DO?
If your order is returned due to an insufficient address that was provided during checkout, we will reach out to you via email. For you to receive your package you must purchase a shipping label that will be provided to you in the email.

If your order doesn't arrive within 7 days of shipment, please reach out to our service providers Canada Post, UPS or FedEx the tracking details that was provided to you. They can better assist you! Unfortunately, we are unable to resend your order.
