REFUND & EXCHANGE POLICY

At Le Charme HOME, we do our best to make our customers happy. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, please get in touch and we will do our very best to solve any issues.

Request a Cancellation
Once you place an order online and decide to cancel, please do so within 12 hours of ordering. After this period orders would have already been sent for processing.

Online Return & Cancellation
If you wish to return your purchase, please contact us at lecharmehome@gmail.com including your name, order number and the reason you wish to return.

To be eligible for a refund, the returned item (s) must be in the same condition as it was received, unused, and in its original packaging with your order number and address.

When you return an item, we would recommend ensuring the product is safely packed and to use a tracked posting service. We will not be responsible for the loss or damage of the item that you returned.

All handcrafted candles cannot be returned and refunded since they are made to order in color or fragrance and is sent into processing after order.

All Stoneware cannot be returned as they are made to order and is sent into processing after order. Please note: Due to the natural characteristics of the material and handmade nature of the items, there might be small air bubbles on the surface of the dish and some textural irregularities in the form of light veining, slight unevenness, speckles. These natural characteristics add uniqueness and character to the products and should not be considered defects. Also note that the actual colour of the items may slightly vary due to different monitor settings and because pigments are mixed by hand.


All Glassware cannot be returned as they are made to order and is sent into processing after order.
For any other home décor items and other accessories, refunds will be processed within 3-7 days via email after the return shipment is received not including original and return shipping costs. The buyer is responsible for covering the return shipping cost.

Online Return Policy Continued:

  • Items must be returned within 7 days of the delivery day

  • Items must be brand new and in original condition & packaging (with original boxes, cards, etc.)

  • Le Charme HOME will not be responsible for any packages that are stolen, lost, or returned to us. We also are unable to reroute shipped orders

  • Incorrect item(s) delivered must be reported within 2 days and returned to us within 7 days of the delivery day

  • Le Charme HOME is not responsible for item/items that is/are damaged during the shipping process

  • Item/Items that are brand new being returned to us that arrive damaged will not be eligible for refund

  • All item returns must be shipped back to our location

 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges at the moment, if you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return the item and make a new purchase for the desired item.
