Maintenance:
Choose a Cool, Dry Location: Keep the diffuser in a room with moderate temperatures and humidity. 
Use Less Reeds Initially: Start with a few reeds and add more as needed to control the intensity. 
Flip the Reeds Regularly: Flipping the reeds will help the fragrance oil spread more evenly and refresh the scent. 
Consider a Humidifier: In dry climates, a humidifier can help reduce the rate of evaporation. 
Replace Reeds Periodically: Reeds can become clogged with dust and oil over time, reducing their effectiveness. Replace them every 2-3 months to maintain optimal fragrance diffusion.

Some of our items are handcrafted. We aim to post your items within 3-5 business days of your purchase. Please allow this time for your order to be made and shipped. Other items that are not handcrafted will be shipped within 1-3 days of ordering.

During official holidays and the holiday season, there may be unforeseen shipping delays due to high shipping volumes for all carriers, both domestically and internationally. We are working hard to have your order shipped as quickly as possible.

All products are shipped out from Alberta, Canada. Orders will be shipped out within 3-5 business days after placing an order.

After the item(s) have been shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email and or phone number that you provided during checkout.
